Hi everyone,
Currently, when we need to hire multiple candidates based on a single job posting, we have to create multiple separate requisitions. We need to create, for example, 10 separate positions and link them all to a single requisition, so that during the hiring process, each candidate can be assigned to one of the available (vacant) positions. However, this process can become very labor-intensive, especially when we need to hire 60 to 100 candidates under one job posting. Considering that using Mass Positions is not an option for us (as 1 FTE = 1 employee), what would be the most efficient way to manage this process in SuccessFactors, both from a system configuration and operational workflow perspective?

One way to manage this is by configuring the Position object as a multiselect field on your requisition. This allows you to tag all additional positions under this field. For example, if there are 10 openings, you can tag 10 different positions. During the offer approval process, you can then select the appropriate position for each candidate. In the onboarding mapping, the position will be pulled from the offer approval page, ensuring that the correct position is associated with each candidate.
Thanks,
Sanjeet
