Im trying to understand how hiring using PA48 works in E-recruitment. We have a standalone installation where EREC and ECC are 2 separate instances, when hiring an external candidate through PA48 i can still logon to E-REC using my external candidate ID however I'm unable to apply for another position. (probably because I'm being directed to an internal application wizard) with an external user.
I'm aware that a new CP should be created and is assigned a new US (Internal candidate), BP
however From a process standpoint what should happen to External candidate users if they are to be hired, should they be locked or do they still have the option to come in and apply for new positions
