Hi RCM Experts,
In our project we are already live with Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, Recruiting Marketing and Employee Central.
We are about to start a new project for HIREVUE which is an assessment vendor for recruiting candidates.
I would like to know how to configure and set up integration between HireVue and Success factors, and to understand how the data flows between two systems.
I also read that HireVue can be integrated with Outlook, need to understand how this integration is set up.
Any additional suggestion or best practice will be helpful.
Thank you in advance!

Hi Vandana,
I believe the most complete information we have at SAP Side on how to configure this would be the following linked page of the Integration with Recruiting guide.
The specific information on how to configure the HireVue and etc when it comes to adding them in Event Notification Subscription would be provided to you by HireVue, with URL, and the user for authentication.
On the topic of how the data flows in between them, the specific exchange is done via SFAPI, since the integration is based on the Event Notification Subscription, which works only with SFAPI. The flow specifically would be like the following:
For the Outlook integration I believe we wouldn't be able to provide any information, or documentation on the topic, since it is already outside of the SuccessFactors product, and it is directly on HireVue side.
If someone has this information, or a documentation that can be shared, that would be good.

Eduardo
