Help Please
We are in the middle of an EC implementation from SAP ECC to SC EC. We are struggling to confirm what date is best practice to use for the Hire Date in EC.
What would be deemed as best practice ? So far the options we are considering are:
1. Use the cut over date
2. Use the employees actual start date
3. Use the cut over date minus two years to allow for any time / payroll history once ECPY has been implemented
Also is there any useful tips or advice you can share with the above
