hide old templates list in the Team Overview

Hello,

I am searching for a way to hide the old templates list in the Team Overview in the Performance module.

I would like managers to have the option to see only current year form (at the moment there is a very long list with all past plans- see screen shot attached).

could you pls guide me how to do it?
