Hide absence quota with 0 entitlement

Hi all,

There are some record of absence quotas with 0 days entitlement. These are also displayed on portal as a separate record. How to hide these records on portal?

Else.. is there a way to delete records with 0 days entitlement(There was entitlement for this quota type earlier but now it has been nullified with negative quota correction entry)

I think it is not good idea to delete it and make it hide as they are data of an employee which was made from 1 to 0 and it is made for a reason from Business.
