Hi team
We've had our SAP Enable now simulations published and working correctly with no issues for a while now. This afternoon we've been advised that users are prompted to enter login details with error:
401 - Unauthorised: Access is denied due to invalid credentials. authorisation required?
Could anybody please provide any advice on where to start troubleshooting this issue?

If nothing has changed in SAP Enable Now, this is almost guaranteed to be down to a change made by your network / access admin people. Either a change was put into the Identity Provider, or how SSO is authenticating has changed. Check with your BASIS people and ask them what changed.
Things to double-check in SAP Enable Now: Check the object-level permissions for the Learner role and make sure they are still OK. Check the workarea-level permissions for the Learner role and make sure they are still OK. In Server Settings, check SSO is still enabled.
