Help with Creating a new form template- Performance

Hello,

I am looking to create a Personal Improvement Plan form template in the Performance module. I've created a route map and template but in the Form Template Settings my only option is to Upload a Form. Does anyone know how I create a new Form Template? Does anyone have experience in doing performance improvement plans in Success Factors?

In form template setting you upload the XML and create the Template,also you can go to Manage Template and save as the existing Template and then can Modify accordingly ,Hope it helps and please mark it as answer if this helps so other can get benefit.
