In Enable Now Cloud, the heading text in simulations is no longer displaying correctly. This has just happened over the past couple of days.
- When you open a simulation, the introductory slide appears showing an explanation bubble containing a heading using a larger coloured font (Verdana, 24px).
- As soon as you click on the explanation bubble to make edits, the heading style reverts back to the standard text style, losing the heading style.
- When playing back the sim, the heading style does not display.
I've checked Resources and no changes have been made to the default Text Styles. Does anyone have any ideas?

I've also just been told that an update was done over the weekend. Could the update have created the issue? It seems unlikely to be a coincidence that everything was working fine last week and now we have issues. I don't recall there being anything in the update that was cause problems with fonts.

I think I've narrowed it down to a problem with a custom heading style. Using the standard heading styles is not a problem. I'll try creating a new heading style, publish it, update the sim template and see if that works.

Hi Vanessa,
The only other thing I can think of is to unpublish and publish the content again. Outside that, send me a meeting invitation and I will take a look.

Hi Vanessa,
A couple of things to look at:
1. Is the Text Styles Resource still published?
2. Is this occurring on all machines or limited machines? If it is only occurring on a limited number of machines, is Verdana installed on those machines?
3. Has anyone added manual formatting to the heading text object in the template used to create the introductory slide? If manual formatting has been added, use the tool to remove the manual formatting and publish the template again
4. Is the introductory slide template still applied to the introductory page in the Simulation?
5. Is this occurring in all browsers or just one browser?
I cannot think of anything else that could be going wrong, I suspect that it is one of the items above.
Regards
Shane
