HCM process - employee number no values

Hello everyone,

I hope you are fine!

I have following problem: When I want to start a HCM process in Fiori as a HR administrator, I can't seem to find out why I have no employees to select?

I am assigned as a manager in my org unit (Peter Best) and I am able to find these users when trying to start a different process under "my team processes"

What am I missing? I have no knowledge in HCM and I couldn't find anything in the SAP documentation about employees.. Thank you in advance!

You must also make sure you "user" record has the correct "user parameters" assigned to it. This determines how the "Start Application" works for you.
