Hello- I am attempting to edit an active Onboarding Email template, but it seems like my changes aren't being implemented after the edits are made & saved. When I trigger the email after the change, the 'old' version is being sent. I wondered if I might be missing a step in the process? Any help would be greatly appreciated- thank you!
Steps I'm following: Email Services / Active Templates / Open the template / move to Step 3.
Modify the Email Subject, then modify the Email Body Text, Save.
Have a test Onboardee trigger this email. (In this case, my email is related to declined to E-Sign.)
I also noticed that trying to re-send the email results in the tokens not being replaced with the expected data (this does work as expected in the original email, just seems to be broken in the re-send. Thanks again for any help!

Dear Melissa

Maybe you changed only in default language and not in the language of the log in ones?

I did indeed only change in the default language, I've now applied it to English language and it's working as expected! Thank you both!
