our production instance is hosted on DC33 / Frankfurt datacenter.
we faced Report CEnter outage on Aug 8th :
no report could be generated due to a large report blocking the others.
we have been denied formal RCA for these issue because less than 10 customers were impacted.
Job threshold mechanism should have prevented such issue to occur.
i suspect that more customers were impacted than the few that opened support tickets but because the service was back in order the next day, no further tickets were opened.
if you are in these case, please open a ticket and share the number in these thread.
if we reach 10 or more, sap support will have to give us a formal RCA for it : my fear is that a similar downtime on report center happens on september and will be impacting more customer
