We have a Global Conference coming up, and we would like to enable QR codes for attendance tracking. I would love to hear from those who have enabled QR codes to see what advice, warnings, tips you would recommend.
I've gleaned the following from KBAs, but I'm curious for those who have implemented what you recommend.
- Instructor must use an iPad to read the QR Codes
- QR codes must be enabled globally (do you know if this creates QR codes for all classes in person and virtual, or can you select individually?)
- Users can print their registration email that contains the QR code if they don't want to mess with downloading the app
- Users can pull up their QR codes in the app for the instructor to scan
