Has any one encountered PMServiceRollbackException while running DRTM Master Data Purge

Hi

We are trying to implement DRTM in Employee Central and we are running into one particular issue.

Ran DRTM Master Data Purge and the process ran to Error with reason as "DRTMPMFormObjectType com.successfactors.pmcommon.exception.PMServiceRollbackException"

I referred couple of KB articles regarding permissions and other stuff and everything looks good from Permission wise.

Still its erroring out.

Any pointers on resolving the issue is much appreciated.
