Hard Purge employee data

Hi Team,
We are facing one challenge with Hard Purging an Employee.
We followed the KBA- 2392076.
We made the Employee Inactive then, went to data Retention Management - System Identifier Purge - Uploaded the Inactive Users in CSV file.
We got the following Email -
"No user record was purged. We didn't find any inactive users that have been purged by DRTM Master Data Purge or Purge Inactive User".
Though The Employee soft Purge was done, and we could not see the Employee as an Active in SF instance,
but the Hard Purge still not done.
Kindly guide how to go about doing the Hard Purge for the employee.

Before doing hardpure do soft purge ( purge request)

Exclude EC ( uncheck)

EXCLUDED belongs to EC Data thus can't be purged.

Hello,
We have already done the soft Purge (As per the KBA-2392076)
Now trying to do Hard Purge
But we cant able to do the same.
Kindly read our above request in which we have mentioned our case in detail.
