Hi,
Is there a guidance on handling Compensation Eligibility / Eligibility Exceptions. Currently in one of the projects, employee ids are hard coded in the eligibility rules to handle exceptions.
I know that we can use an RBP group in eligibility rules and use the same as workaround instead of hardcoding of employee ids in the rules. But if there is a better suggestion, that would be helpful.

Create a Variable (see here for example) with all USERIDs in exception in it. That's how I would build it.
Alternatively in the same link above you will find an example of your idea of adding them to a group in RBP but keep in mind that Comp Administrators will not always have access to RBP admin pages.
