Hana database connectivity issue

Hi Experts,

I have deployed SEN on Hana DB. for some unfortunate reasons my connectivity between the database is lost. Each time the connectivity is lost I have to create the new Database schema. I have tried many times to Reestablish the connection but that doesn't work.

What is the permanent solution for this issue?

since this is a technical issue that is probably taking a lot of your time, please raise an incident in the SAP Support Launchpad (how-to guide here). Use the component KM-WPB-MGR for it and add all the information you can to the incident. Our support team will help you.
