H2_2024 > SPOTLIGHT VIEW is missing username & reports counts

As you can see in new release B2411 the username is no longer next to Display Name (no username (1xxxxxxx1) next to Alex SMITH)

we have also lost the count of reports / which was a quick and easy method to identify Managers in Directory or Global Search Results

@DianaLiden is it expected loss to not have report counts anymore in Spotlight view ?

report counts & username are KEY INFORMATION for daily usage of SuccessFactors

Displaying the username in SPotlight is linked to RBP permission 

Manage Users -> User Account (Odata Entity)

if you add these permission, then it's possbible de view the username in Spotlight Preview.

SAP is currently busy working on fix for it.

Indeed, in spotlight we don’t display phone number or email so we can’t copy/paste the info.

Another issue with the Spotlight is that the Email and Phone is trying to open in an app instead of displaying the email address or phone number like it used to 😞
