Guided Tours and Context Help in Web Assistant Not Visible In Producer

Hello,

I created some context help and guided tours in web assistant and published them. In manager, I can see them under the Unsorted folder. But in producer, even though I updated all objects from server and synchronized workarea, they don't display under that folder. Do you have an idea about the reason why?

Because you are not currently synchronizing them. Use menu option Workarea > Check out objects, where you will find them under Unsorted.
