I am expecting a video which tells how to integrate SAP Companion with S/4 HANA cloud application (in layman terms "how to get the question mark icon at the right corner of S/4 HANA application?").

for S/4HANA cloud, the SAP Companion should be activated by default. Do you mean a specific app running on the Fiori launchpad?
