Growth Portfolio impact on Job Roles

Dear All,

We are evaluating the implementation of the Talent Intelligence Hub.

In our current configuration of the Job Profile Builder, we have linked Job Roles to competencies and each employee involved in the Competency process has one Job Roles and specific competencies linked. Does anyone know if the Talent Intelligence Hub implementation has any impact on Job Roles? Will competencies be linked directly to the employees?

Hi Pietro,

TIH (Talent Intelligence Hub) will not have much impact on Job Roles, specially if you have only Competencies mapped today. The only thing which changes for Job Roles is that both Competency and Skill will be placed now under TIH, instead of CoC(Center of Capabilities) & JPB(Job Profile Builder) respectively.

Also, competencies will be linked directly to employees in Growth Portfolio, but the features which are linked and running today via Competency linkage in Job Roles will continue to work as usual (like Job specific competencies in PM Form or Job Requisitions will continue to refer Job Roles only)
