Grievance Process in PM Module

Dear Experts,

Has Anyone created a Grievance form in PMGM? If yes, Kindly share the process map or any related documents for reference.

Please also suggest any SAP best practice documentation around this.

I'm not intimately familiar with the portlets. I was just told that someone had created some in the library. I never looked, as my customer went with the partner. I'm sorry I cannot provide more guidance.

Hi there. I have been told (but have not used) that someone created some .mdf objects to use for this purpose. They are only documented in the .mdf.

However, depending upon what the customer wants to do, I would strongly suggest that they take a look at our certified partner, Sodales. They are on the SAP App Store, and they are getting rave reviews for providing this functionality and more.
