Customer Requirement: In the goal Setting process, Each goal will have its own unique range and guidelines, and the rating should be automatically populated based on these criteria. These range & guidelines are different for every goal for every employee.
Feasibility: We are using metric lookup table to achieve the rating auto-population. We can define more than one rating scale, based on target, rating scale will auto-populate. However, rating scale & guideline has to be standard which can not vary goal to goal.
