Hello, we're looking to potentially incorporate the Goal Planning Initiatives features but looking for some additional information about this feature:
- Is it possible to mass-assign initiatives when importing goals?
- Is it possible to mass-update goals with initiative-assignments via csv upload or other process?
- Is there a limit to the number of initiatives per initiative group?
- Is there a limit to the number of initiatives per user (if user is part of multiple initiative groups)?
- Can initiatives be a required field?
- Are initiatives available in reporting? In Story Reports?
- Are initiatives visible in Performance Forms?
- I believe initiatives are not supported in Cascaded Goals or Goal Libraries, is there a best practice or workaround for businesses who want to ensure common goals are selecting the correct initiative tied to a common goal (we do not use Team Goals)?
I've read the KBA linked in the 1H 2024 What's New Viewer, watched the 1H 2024 Release Talent Management Q&A, and found another KBA for "Assign Initiatives to Goal Plan Template", but if there are additional in-depth resources about Initiatives available you could help point me to, that would be helpful!
*Additional note I'm not sure if it matters: we ARE using the latest Goal Management module, we do not have Employee Central.
