Goal plan fields achievement not visible on the PM form

The realization field (%) is not available in any goal for the form. We are conducting quality tests to start the cycle today and we saw that this field is not available. It is an important field where we put notes. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Hello,

In order to add fields from Goal Sheets to the Goal Details in a Performance Form, you need to have access to the Goal XML file. This access requires an implementation partner to achieve. There is a section in the XML file called form-layout in which the user can add/remove the fields that show up for goals in the PM form.
