Goal Plan configuration with more that one performance calculation type

Hi all, for a customer we are configuring a new Goal Plan (Latest Goal Management version is enable) to manage MBO Team Goal. It include a metric-lookup table with default cal-type='interpolatate'. We need to include in the same Goal Plan also the standard calc-type='scale'.

Is it possibile to implement a metric-lookup table with different calc-type, interpolate and scale, in the only one Goal Plan? Do you have any suggestion or workaround to do this?

Based on the implementation guide it looks like Step is supported in Goal Management just like in Variable Pay:

Hi Xavier, yes, exactly!! In fact currently we configured two different goal plan: the first one to manage goals with interpolate logic and the second one to manage the scale logic. We would like to have only one goal plan. Seems that it is not possibile to use two different calc-type in the same metric lookup-table. It would be very nice if we could have only one Goal Plan with a field (as a picklist) and the user can choose the type of calculation. What do you think? All the best 🙂
