In the latest CPM version, when linking an activity to a Performance/Development Goal, if the Goal Name is over a certain amount of characters, the goal name is cut off, since the pop-up for the latest version is much narrower than the legacy version. If there are multiple goals that start with the same sentence, which might happen for goals related with the same project, but with different metrics, for example, it's not possible to distinguish to which goal we are linking the activity, which can cause frustration and a poor employee experience.
We already opened a support ticket identifying this as an issue, but the support team stated that this topic should be handled as a product enhancement. Could you please advise if there is a workaround to display the full name of the goals in the Latest CPM Activity pop-up, or if there are any plans to implement enhancements on this visibility, by either displaying the full goal name in the dropdown, or by having a mouseover that displays the full goal name?
