Goal field order in a performance form

Hello, 

My client is adding a goal description. In the goal plan, it is displayed prior to the goal metric. 

In the performance form, I could add the goal description in the 'Goal Details' of the goal section. 

The result is a little bit strange because we see the goal name, then the goal metric, and only after the goal description (see below screenshot). 

Is there some way to display the goal description instead of the goal metric in the upper part of the goal section of the performance form? If so how?
