Goal Cards - Not being removed from Home Page

Hello Experts,

On the latest home page, we are seeing many issues related to Goal Cards. The goal cards are not being removed even after marking them as Complete in the Goal Plan template.

We raised several requests and SF team is running a job based upon the request to remove them. I asked the support team to inform the Product team as this requires a permanent fix instead of raising tickets every time.

How other customers are handling this? Is there a way to reduce the tickets and can be done on our end as system administrators?

When you say 'The goal cards are not being removed even after marking them as Complete', is there an error when you click Mark as Complete? This sounds like a defect if it's not disappearing. Is there a case ticket submitted for this?

There is a job in Manage Home Page to trigger the removal of Goal cards and that is self-service.
