Goal Cards are not generating in my Preview environment even though I have enable them

Hi There

We have enabled Latest Goal Plan and have enable the Goal Cards. However, the Goal Cards are not getting generated.

The ones we are expecting to be generated are for goals created in Legacy Goal management Version. however non generated.

Honestly not tried for goals created in Latest Goal Plan.

Can someone please shed some light on the matter.

Is there some job that needs to be run/scheduled ?

Is it that cards will not generate for Legacy goals when Latest Goal Plan is enabled ?

Please help!

Can you provide more details on which cards you are referring to?  Are you referring to Goal Cards appearing in the latest Home Page?  Can you provide some screen shots to help clarify?  It is correct that when the new Goal User Interface is created, all previous plans will become read only going forward.

Thank you Sam. I got the answer. Had also raised a ticket in parallel. Due to the Legacy Plans being in Read Only Mode the Goal Cards for those Goals do not get created. Thanks once again Ericson
