HI,
Thank you all for your inputs. Got some help from support. Susan delivered top-notch service.
I had to unapply the glossary and reapply it.

If the '?' shows when you hover over the words, then that proves the Glossary has been correctly applied. If the Glossary Terms have been published, then they should show - you can check this by enabling the Glossary feature in the Trainer and seeing the list of all Glossary terms, there (which, honestly, would be easier than building your own page - although it is a bit of a hidden feature). The only other thing I can think of that would cause this is maybe pop-ups being blocked?

Hi Peter,
Thank you. I know that, and already tried to apply it to the Root group, the folder where we have our Infocenter stored, and multiple other folders. Same result. A question mark is shown, but no description.
Best regards,
Thomas

If you have added something to your glossary, you have to apply it again to your structure where you want to use them. Then it will be displayed like Dirk mentioned.

Sorry, just reading through your question again - "...nothing is shown now when hovering over the words other than a question mark...". You know the glossary definition isn't displayed until you click on the underlined term? The hover over will just show the question mark...

Hi dirkmanuel2
Yes, we created this ourselves, but the glossary doesnt seem to go through anywhere. Here is an example from our trainer.
At first the person who uploaded our new glossary used a CSV file seperated by Semicolon. That resulted in the "description" not going through.
Now I followed the steps in your book (page 538-541), but it still doesnt seem to work, although it looks better in the producer now than before the re-upload.

This 'glossary page' is one you created yourself? (iso using the Glossary function built into Trainer...?) Did you re-apply the Glossary to this page? And are all the Glossary Text Units published?
