I am facing issues to configure the globalinfo porltet at my EC instance.
I have enabled the globalinfo portlet and country specific global info "globalinfo_USA" for example at Manage Business Configuration, but when I go to an employee profile to check my configuration, the global information portlet is missing.
What do I need to do next?
Request clarification before answering.
The permission was missing.
There is no requirements to go for People Profile, only enabling permission is sufficient!

can you pelase verify if the necessary permissions are provided?
Also check if the block is configured on Admin Center -> Configure People Profile
