Employee reports a life event for childbirth, but the exception is not created automatically from this life event.
Benefit Work/Life Events, Define Work/Life Events for Benefits, Benefit Event Determination (with business rule) and Benefit Workf/Life Event Configuration are all configured. No Event Log is created and no Exception is created. What is misssing?
When the exception is created manually, employee is able to enroll/edit benefits within the exception window.
