Hi,
I am getting complaints from learners about experiencing glitches in demo videos where the video either freezes or does not skip to the next step sometimes. I have contacted support regarding this issue, however I am wondering if this issue is common or if anyone else has experienced this with enable now.. Thanks for the feedback!

Not normal. Is it all users or only some? Is it always the same simulations/steps or different ones? Most likely it is a network speed issue. (Assuming everything is published.)

OK, so it's probably network speed or the browser slowing things down (recently I've found I have to clear the Chrome cache fairly frequently or it stops loading all content for sites and I have to refresh half-a-dozen times to see the whole page). Check what sort of connection they are using (wifi vs. wired, via VDI, proxies, firewalls, etc.) and see if there's anything all the people experiencing this have in common.
