How to get rid of the top and bottom white colored area (which I have highlighted in below screenshot) when I insert a video to a book page?

The only way you can do that is to make the video the exact same ratio (width:height) as the book page. So if your Book Page is 1280x720, your video needs to be 1280x720 or 1920x1080...or anything that is 16:9.

You can mask the effect slightly by making the background color of the video AND the page color to be the same as the background color (gray here) - but your video page will then appear smaller than the rest of the Book Pages in your presentation...
