Getting "Feature Disabled" status after the upgrade to Talent Intelligence Hub

After running the upgrade to talent Intelligence Hub (it says it completed successfully) the status of the upgrade is "Feature Disabled" and Talent Intelligence Hub does not exist in RBP permission options. 

JPB is enabled, 

We tried runing the upgrade again - it succeeds but remains "Feature Disabled". Any ideas?

I’ve experienced a similar issue, and here’s what worked for me:

You can solve it by clicking the “UPGRADE NOW” button (you’ll find it in the same spot as in your screenshot: Admin Center > Upgrade Center > Completed Upgrades).

After that, just wait—it can take up to 24 hours for the feature to be fully upgraded. This waiting period is also mentioned in the related KBA. : 3319564 - SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) Customer Checklist - SAP for Me

Hope it helps. And after that, remember to set up the suitable permissions in Manage Permission Roles so that you can see the TIH and Growth Portfolio. Good luck!
