This normally happens to us, when using images as the start of the section description (eg: as banners). I normally have to go delete a paragraph and re-enter it to be able to save. this is a recurrent issue for us as well. Manageable by alas...

Hi anbarasurajan568

This error usually is displayed when a formatted text content is pasted in the description section of a Performance form. My recommendation is to copy the content into notepad or notepad++ to remove the htlm coding. Once pasted the "cleaned" content in the description section, you can provide the formatting with the tools available in PMGM.

Hoping this info be helpful to you.

Johann

Dear Johann,

Thank you very much for your inputs.

It is necessary to copy the text to Notepad or Notepad++, delete the HTML coding, and then copy and paste the description in the manage templates.

Note: I'm curious because the general content occasionally throws the same problem, for example, ABC.

Thanks and Regards,

Anbarasu Rajan.
