Getting Assertion failed error in RCM email template configuration.

folks, 

While creating the new email template in recruiting email template getting below error (Assertion failed: Invalid callback in addEventListener, does not exist on handler.) , after 2H 2023 release I am facing this error. 

i am not sure other facing same issue .
