Hi Experts
I am configuring Time Tracking for a client that has a requirement of alert HR when an employee reaches a certain number of Extra Hours per month and per year. In this case the Extra Hours are an attendance type entered directly on the Time Sheet.
I get the logic of creating the alerts and trigger them but I am finding it difficult to build a rule that can get the number of Extra Hours in a month and a year so I can trigger it. I am looking for a similar function as the one we use for Time Off 'Get Number of Absence by Time Type for a Period' but to be used for Time Types of Attendance and not Absence.
Do you have any idea on how can I do it?
Thanks in advance
