Get info which user is assigned to the which license

I would like to request information about license usage in all SAP SuccessFactors. I have found an endpoint that retrieves user information at https://api.sap.com/api/PLTUserManagement/path/get_User. Is there a way to obtain details about SuccessFactors licenses/subscriptions, such as name, available seats, and total seats? Additionally, is there a way to retrieve information about which SuccessFactors user is assigned to which license? Ideally, I would prefer to obtain this data through a REST API as I am developing an integration app.
