Is there a way to capture the exact percentage score of employees in performance appraisal.
So my client wants to see the overall score in exact percentage after raring. Example: the rating have concluded but it is give a score of 3.78 over 5 ( they are using the 1-5 rating scales) but they prefer to see the 75.6%. Also if a report can give this, it is still fine.
