Generation of Appraisal Letters in SF- Successfactors

Hi,

Looking for the generation of appraisal letters in SuccessFactors.

Is there a process where, after the assessment steps, the final rating from the PM form is considered to generate the appraisal letters for individual employees, the same letter can be triggered to employee email ID or loaded under employee's respective IDs.

Please let me know if any such process is there. If not what are the other processes practiced to generate the appraisal letters after the performance forms assessments are completed.

Thanks for the details write up.

As mentioned, we have explored the Document Generation option to generate the Appraisal Letters, we were able to generate the letters using the all the EC data, but we were unbale to map the PM rating data this letter.

Will EC support the cross function data (i.e. to pull data -rating from PMGM to populate on appraisal letter), if so please let us know how you have implemented the same at your organisation.
