Generating Welcome Email

Is there a way to generate a welcome email to learning users when their account is first set up?

Hi Stephen

From a LMS perspective there isn't any "welcome email" which can be sent.

The closest you can get would be one generated from IAS when it is enabled. Please see KBA 3321943 for more details on that configuration. There also seems to be an option in BIZX for a similar notification KBA 2087353 but you may need to reach out to this team if you've any further follow up questions on this functionality.
