I am facing an issue where I try to generate the custom email template with some data from HRIS elements (example: Date Of Birth, Date Of Resignation) based on workflow approval of a custom MDF portlet.
If an employee submits his/her details in the custom MDF portlet and the required approval chain is also completed, then the set of stakeholders will receive an email with specific data. Now I am getting all the data which are of Reference but not the HRIS elements data.
If anyone has faced the similar type of issue, please share with me for my understanding.
