Dear Colleagues,
I designed a certificate of completion for an instructor led training and assigned it to the item that the class is associated to. But when I generated the report, what the system generated as certificate of completion is not what I assigned to the item. How can I set the system to use the certificate I specified.

Dear albert_360,
By assigning the certificate to the Item is enough, even if you have a "Default Certificate Template for Items" under "Global Application Settings".
I would say try to log out and also clean your browser cookies/cache, this may also help.
