Hi. We have had an issue when generating direct links in SF Learning. If a learner has not recently logged in to the platform (they do so via SSO) and they click a direct link to, for example, a courses Items Detail page, they will be directed to authenticate their credentials (this is expected behaviour). However, once they've successfully completed that step, they are directed to the SF Learning homepage and not the Items Detail page for the course (not the expected behaviour).
After some research, we've started amending the direct links generated by SF Learning with this text: &loginMethod=SSO
By adding this to the end of the direct link, we are now consistently getting the intended behaviour after the SSO authentication process. What we'd like is for the system to automatically add this to the direct link so we don't have to. Is there anyway to edit the direct link output?
