Hi
I am creating videos for simulations which have been recorded with the display options scale at 100% which gives a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080.
The video has been generated using the preset of MP4 (Original Size, 1896x962).
The video is clear when viewed on a laptop but the End Users are saying that it is slightly blurred on their monitors which most of them use. Their monitors are set to 100% 1920 x 1080.
I have tried the the Full HD and 4K presets but this is worse which the playback very quished and very blurred. Is there anyway to make the video to be as clear on the monitor as it is on the laptop?
What are the Presets in Generate Video used for? I cannot find them in them in the Producer manual.
Many thanks.

Hi,
I don't have a straightforward answer for you but you could try:
1. When you start generating video in Producer - Tools > Generate Video - try clicking the Settings button beside the Presets field
2. When in the Settings, you can try different resolutions, refresh rates and even select a different Codec to generate the video
3. As a starting point, I would use 16:9 resolution sizes, given that the original content was created at 1920 x 1080, because I suspect that choosing a 4:3 resolution ration could introduce blurriness.

Hi Shane
Thank you for this.
I changed the Preset from this:
to the following so it was at 16:9:
Unfortunately it is made it worse than before.
When I am recording the options I use are:
Does this have a bearing on it? The Settings I have for Recroding are:
I think I may have gone down a rabbit hole with this one.
Thanks for your help.
