Hi,

When a Candidate apply a job using unregistered application, the Personal info Gernder and Birth Data not updated in the data base.

I think the above data not stored in Context(eventually in backend/BP) when clicking 'Next' button.

Is it standard system/program error?

Hi ,

Once the candidate applies for the job using unregistered search, they can either use existing logon or create new user . After this step, application wizard appears. Here they can enter the personal info like gender, birth data and it will get saved in Business partner ( BP) and not in HRP5102.

Hi Ram,

Gender and Birth date are not saved in Business partner ( BP) when clicking the 'NEXT' button in Unregistered application wizard.

I experience issue with "Date of Birth" and "Gender" is not saved when candidate updates these information and send application.

Scenario: Candidate perform job search and apply for job.

After email verification, the candidate has to update the application form. In section Personal Data candidate select “Gender” and “Date of Birth”.  And fill-in the rest and send application. The information updated for “Gender” and “Date of Birth” is not saved, as when Candidate logon to external logon, the information is not added, the same issue goes for recruiter, that these information is not updated in candidate profile The “Gender” and “Date of Birth” information is only saved when Candidate/Recruiter update the candidate profile.
