Has anyone had a business case to build purge rules based on user type (internal user vs external user) and also for specific learning activities. For example, survey/assessment data might have different retention rules for employee's vs external users like customers.
We have a business need and are running out of options to do this in the learning module. Im curious to know how you are managing this for your users so that you are still abiding by the GDPR law around retaining user information.
