Requirements:
1) Currently the manually inserted competencies the Expected rating and Gap values are showing with N/A in EP profile
2) In Form currently gap analysis is showing between employee and manager - can we have the gap analysis between manager and expected rating in the PM form for job specific competencies?

The blue-colour marked competencies are linked to the Job code, which indicates that they are automatically filled in using the JPB while launching the form.
The red colour marked competency (Agile Fundamentals) is one that was manually inserted.
